  • Open Play is unstructured, imaginative play where children explore our carefully designed spaces freely. There are no guided activities — children choose how they play, create, and imagine.

  • Open Play is offered in curated 2-hour sessions, designed to provide a calm, spacious, and enjoyable experience for every family.

    To help keep our space clean and comfortable for everyone, all guests (adults and children) are asked to remove their shoes and wear socks indoors. Grip socks are recommended for safety and comfort—we also have them available for purchase if you forget.

  • To ensure availability and a seamless arrival experience, we encourage all guests to reserve in advance and complete their waiver prior to arrival. Walk-ins are welcomed when space allows.

  • Koko and Niko is designed for children who enjoy imaginative and pretend play and are comfortable exploring a shared play space with others.
    We also offer a separate crawler baby area for non-walking babies. Older children are welcome if they enjoy calm, open-ended play.

    Please note: we are cashless.
    Koko and Niko accepts card and contactless payments only, so we can keep check-in fast, simple, and secure.

  • Yes. Play Passes can be used by siblings within the same family. Each child visit uses one pass.

  • Yes. An accompanying adult stays on-site during play.
    Koko and Niko is designed so parents can sit comfortably, stay connected, and enjoy the space while children play.

  • To maintain a clean and comfortable play environment, outside food and drinks are not permitted. A curated selection of coffee and light snacks is available for purchase.

  • Birthday play experiences are offered during dedicated time slots.
    They are simple, playful, and centered around imaginative play rather than loud entertainment.

  • If availability permits, you may extend your visit by joining the next session at a reduced rate. Our team will be happy to assist with arrangements.

Birthday

  • You can book your birthday party online through our website by selecting your preferred date and choosing the type of experience you want. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all party details.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, as dates fill up quickly—especially weekends and peak times. For the best availability, booking 2–4 weeks in advance is suggested, but same-day or last-minute bookings may be available if the date is open.

  • If you need to reschedule your party, please contact us at least seven days before your scheduled date. We will do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.

    Please note that all bookings are final. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted.

  • We offer two room options based on your group size:

    • Sakura Sunset Room: Includes up to 20 guests

    • Fuji Garden Room: Includes up to 30 guests

    Birthday party room capacity is based on the number of children. Additional adults are welcome for an additional fee, subject to capacity and availability. Please inquire in advance, as all guests must be included in the reservation.

    Due to limited indoor seating, adults may be directed to our common seating areas during busy periods to help maintain a comfortable environment for children.

  • Our birthday party experiences are typically 2 hours long. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled party time to allow time for check-in, setup, and guest arrival. Please note that access to the party room begins at your reserved start time.

  • We offer a curated selection of interactive experiences designed to make each celebration even more memorable, including our Claw Machine, Balloon Machine, Cotton Candy Machine, Gachapon Machine, and Live Popcorn Experience.

    Our Signature Celebration Package includes 1 token per child which may be redeemed across any of our interactive machines and experiences. Children can enjoy selecting their favorite balloon designs, cotton candy creations, surprise prizes, freshly popped popcorn, and more throughout the event.

    For additional enjoyment, extra token packs are also available for purchase during the party.

  • Our party experiences are thoughtfully designed to provide flexibility based on your preferred style of celebration.

    The Play Party package allows families the freedom to bring their own food, beverages and birthday cake.

    Our Signature Celebration Package includes a curated selection of food, beverages, desserts, tableware, and interactive token experiences for guests, creating a more elevated and seamless celebration. A Special Gift is also included for the birthday child.

  • For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, children must remain under adult supervision at all times during their visit or party experience.

    A completed waiver is required for all participating children and adults prior to entering the play area. We recommend completing waivers online before arrival for a smoother check-in experience.

    Socks are required for both children and adults.

  • You are welcome to bring your own decorations to personalize the space. We just kindly ask that all decoration is freestanding, with no items attached to the walls, and that glitter and piñatas are not used.

    Our party rooms are already designed with care to feel beautiful, calm, and celebration-ready. Each room features a unique mural that creates a naturally stunning backdrop for photos and memories, so the space already feels special the moment you walk in.
